  • Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • USA Mohel respects your privacy. We use information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This may include sharing information with platform providers, phone carriers, and vendors who help us deliver messages. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. We may disclose information to comply with legal/regulatory requests, prevent fraud, or protect our rights and property.

  • This SMS policy applies to the Text Message Service and does not replace our main website privacy policy.

SMS Terms of Service

  • When you opt in, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.

  • You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation text, and you will no longer receive messages from us.

  • Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WhatsApp Messaging Privacy Policy

USA Mohel (Rabbi Nechemia Markovits, Brooklyn, NY) uses the WhatsApp Business Platform through an internal application operated solely for our own practice. It is not offered to other businesses or the public.

The application connects our business WhatsApp number, 347-600-8800, and keeps an internal log of messages sent to and from our practice: message text, phone numbers, contact names, timestamps, and message types. We use this log only to manage patient communication, including responses, scheduling, follow-up, and record keeping. The application does not send messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Records are stored in our private business systems, with access limited to practice staff, and kept only as long as needed for the operation of the practice. You may request deletion of your message history from our internal log by contacting us.
